Job Descriptions:
- Develop and oversee seasonal collections, from concept development, mood boards, sketching, fabric selection, and design refinement to final product.
- Identify market trends and consumer preferences to develop commercially relevant womenswear and menswear collections.
- Source and evaluate fabrics, materials, and suppliers to ensure quality, design requirements, and product feasibility.
- Oversee the sampling and production process, evaluate prototypes, and provide design direction to ensure the final products meet quality and design standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (ex: Production, Creative, and Marketing), as well as external partners and vendors, to ensure smooth execution of collections.
- Provide design direction, styling, and USP recommendations to support product development and the overall fashion direction of the brands.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the fashion retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, market insights, and consumer preferences.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Pattern Making, and Sewing.
- Creative, passionate, and enthusiastic about fashion design.
