Deskripsi pekerjaan staff exim PT Harmoni Cahaya Indonesia

1.Prepare and process PIB and PEB document (BC 2.3, 3.0, 4.0, 4.1, 2.7, 2.5, 2.6.1. and 2.6.2) accurately and in compliance with applicable Indonesian Customs regulations

2.Arrange shipment effectively and accurately with the warehouse team, freight forwarders, and trucking providers.

3.Manage Customs declaration activities for both SEA and AIR Freight Shipment.

4.Apply knowledge of latest Bonded Zone customs regulation and Incoterm for Export Import Process.

5. Proficiency in ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

6.Experienced in Operating CEISA and IT Inventory System.

7.Solid understanding of shipping industry practices and customs regulations and procedures.

8.Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
