Description

* Manage all documents and procedures related to export and import activities, such as shipping documents, invoices, certificates of origin, and others.

* Maintain effective communication with customers, logistics companies, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipping processes.

* Monitor applicable international trade regulations and ensure company compliance.

* Coordinate with internal teams to optimize logistics and ensure on-time delivery.

* Analyze data and create reports related to export-import activities to support decision-making.

Qualifications

* Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import or international logistics.

* Experience to IT inventory for exim min 2 years

* Understand customs regulations and procedures, as well as international logistics processes.

* Proficient in using office applications (MS Office) and logistics management systems.

* Have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in Indonesian and English.

* Be thorough, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
