Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineering Staff to support daily engineering operations and ensure the efficiency, safety, and reliability of company systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will assist in maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives across various engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing effective solutions
- Support engineering projects, including planning, execution, and documentation
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety standards and company policies
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Prepare technical reports, logs, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and maintenance practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work on-site and flexible with working hours
