PT. Hana Master Jaya, an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company specializing in PCB Assembly and electronic product manufacturing, is looking for a Staff Engineering to join our growing team.
We are looking for candidates who have strong knowledge of SMT processes, PCB Assembly, and IPC standards, with the ability to support manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Product Engineering, preferably in EMS/electronics manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of SMT processes, including Solder Paste Printing, Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI, and troubleshooting.
- Must understand IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies).
- IPC A-610 CIS certification is preferred.
- Must understand IPC J-STD-001 and soldering process requirements.
- Familiar with PCB Assembly, THT, soldering, rework, ECR, ECN, and BOM.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Willing to be based in Padalarang, West Java.
