Job Description

• Mengelola operasional toko online di platform e-commerce, khususnya Zalora.

• Upload dan update produk (foto, deskripsi, harga, stok, promo, dan campaign).

• Memastikan tampilan katalog produk sesuai standar brand dan guideline platform.

• Membuat laporan penjualan dan analisis menggunakan Microsoft Excel.

• Memantau performa toko seperti traffic, conversion, sales, rating, dan campaign performance.

• Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan gudang untuk memastikan proses pengemasan & pengiriman berjalan tepat waktu.

• Membantu administrasi dan kebutuhan operasional lain terkait e-commerce.
