Position Summary:
The Digital Product Staff supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of PT Garuda Sepakbola Indonesia's digital platforms, including mobile apps, websites, e-commerce, and fan engagement tools. This role ensures smooth day-to-day coordination, assists in product testing and documentation, and maintains administrative processes that support the successful development and operation of digital initiatives. The role requires strong organizational, technical, and communication skills to contribute effectively to the company's digital transformation and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Product Development & Coordination (30%)
• Assist in structuring product requirement documents and feature descriptions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Coordinate design and development tasks, ensuring proper handoffs between product, tech, and content teams.
• Track feature progress using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana).
• Prepare and update wireframes or mockups using tools like Figma under supervision of product leads.
2. Testing, Quality Assurance & Feedback Management (25%)
• Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) on digital products and features.
• Log and track bugs or user interface issues in coordination with development teams.
• Compile and analyze user feedback to help refine product features and identify usability problems.
• Maintain proper documentation of all test cycles, issues reported, and resolved tickets.
3. Administrative & Support Duties (30%)
• Manage digital product documentation archives including version histories, change logs, and release notes.
• Coordinate vendor communications, contract documents, and invoicing processes for outsourced digital work.
• Schedule and document internal product meetings, sprint reviews, or product briefings.
• Ensure stakeholder updates are timely and accurately distributed across departments.
4. Analytics & Performance Monitoring (15%)
• Support digital product performance tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel.
• Generate simple reports on KPIs including user growth, engagement, or conversion metrics.
• Assist in identifying trends or drop-off points and flag potential areas for product optimization.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Communication, or related field.
Experience:
• 1–3 years in digital product support, UX/UI testing, or coordination roles.
• Prior experience in sports, media, or entertainment-related digital initiatives is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
• Proficient with tools such as Figma, Trello, Jira, Asana, and Google Workspace.
• Basic familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Firebase) and UX/UI concepts.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communicator across teams and vendors.
• Passionate about digital innovation and football fandom is a plus.
Working Conditions:
• Primarily office-based, with occasional field presence during product launches, events, or match days.
• Flexible hours may be required depending on campaign schedules.
