Prospera Group is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR Team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain employee database and personnel files
• Handle HR administration documents (contract, warning letter, attendance, Reference Letter, and etc.)
• Assist recruitment administration & interview scheduling
• Prepare HR reports and employee documentation
• Manage employee attendance and leave records
• Support payroll administration preparation
• Ensure HR documents are properly archived and updated
Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Management / HR or related field
• Minimum 1-2 year experience in HR Administration (Fresh graduate welcome)
• Strong administrative and documentation skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel & HR administration system
• Detail oriented, organized, and responsible
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Can join Immediately and live around in North Jakarta.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office, Sunter North Jakarta.
• It wasn't bound any contract in other company.
