Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Payroll
- Detail-oriented (meticulous) with a high level of accuracy
- Understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to the Company/Employees
- Communicative, with integrity, responsibility, and discipline
- Administratively organized
- Good public speaking skills
- English proficiency required
- Willing to join immediately
Job Scope :
- Create and submit payroll reports
- Create and report new employees periodically
- Responsible for all HR and Payroll data management
- Handle BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan registration and payment processes
- Record and be responsible for General Affairs work (office maintenance, office assets, and procurement of stationery for employees)
- Handle administrative documentation related to HR, Payroll, and BPJS functions
- Manage office operational needs (electricity, water, telephone, internet, and (and other office facilities)
- Manage and ensure the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the work environment (coordinating with cleaning services, office attendants, and security)
- Arrange transportation and accommodation for employee/company business trips
- Handle company operational permits related to relevant agencies (government/local authorities)
- Establish communication with vendors and procure goods/services according to company needs
- Prepare monthly reports regarding General Affairs activities and office operational needs
