- Previous work experience in administration or office-related fields
- Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Intermediate level of English proficiency
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, honest, and able to work well in a team

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage office data, records, and documentation
- Record basic financial transactions and prepare financial reports
- Support daily administrative and operational activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties
- Perform other tasks related to administration and office operations
