Kuantum Academy is seeking a highly organized and communicative Staff Admin to support our expanding J1 Visa Program. You will handle core visa processing administration while ensuring excellent, professional communication with all applicants and international partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative documents, applications, and data entries for the J1 Visa Program accurately.
- Act as the main point of contact to guide candidates through their application process.
- Correspond effectively with international sponsors and partners.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Administration, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Fluent in English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong administration, data management, and communication skills.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
