About the role
We are seeking a Staff Admin Warehouse to join our dynamic team at PT Kamadjaja Logistics' in Pekanbaru. This contract position plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution activities.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring the efficient management of stock levels
- Process incoming and outgoing goods, liaising with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist with the coordination of warehouse operations, including space planning and layout optimisation
- Prepare and distribute reports on warehouse activities and performance metrics
- Support the implementation of warehouse management systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics administration role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and MS Office applications
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and able to work well in a team environment
- Understanding of warehousing, storage and distribution processes
- Willing to work on a shift system (3 shift)
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka
