Job Summary
BIASA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Plan & Inventory control staff to support supply chain department to control order plan until it is ready to produce in production, and coordinate with relevant department to make sure the order runs smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, production capacity, and lead times.
• Coordinate production plans with cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control teams.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with material plan to monitor and control raw materials (fabric, trims, accessories) availability and conduct regular inventory tracking and reconciliation.
• Support the merchandising team to ensure on-time order fulfilment.
• Track production progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Analyse gaps between production plans and actual output.
• Propose corrective actions to resolve bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Prepare regular production and inventory reports.
• Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and production routing data.
• Input and manage data in ERP systems (if applicable).
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and workflow.
• Optimize material usage and production capacity.
Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 2/3 years of experience in PPIC, preferably in the garment manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of garment production processes (cutting, sewing, finishing).
• Must proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours
08.00 AM to 17.00 PM, 5 days a week.

Kerobokan Kelod, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kab. Badung, Bali.
