Role Summary
As a PPIC Staff, you will support production planning and inventory control activities to ensure material availability and smooth production execution. This role works closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Quality teams to maintain planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Ensure material availability to support production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Quality teams regarding production and material requirements.
- Maintain accurate planning, inventory, and material master data.
- Prepare production, inventory, and planning reports accurately and on time.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning and inventory control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Inventory Control, Warehouse, or Manufacturing Operations.
- Understanding of Material Requirement Planning (MRP), inventory control, and production scheduling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
- Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Diagnostic, FMCG, or other regulated manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.

- Production schedules are executed with minimal disruption due to material shortages.
- Inventory data remains accurate and reliable.
- Material requirements are planned and communicated on time.
- Reports are completed accurately and submitted according to schedule.
- Effective coordination is maintained across Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Quality functions.
