LEGAL STAFF
PT. Torishima Pump Mfg. Indonesia is looking for a talented and motivated Legal Staff to join our team.

Job Description
- Draft and review various legal documents, including agreements, confirmation letters, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), amendments/addendums, termination letters, and other legal documents.
- Support legal negotiations and discussions with business partners, vendors, and other related parties.
- Conduct legal due diligence to support the preparation and drafting of agreements.
- Assist business units in completing legal forms and documentation required for tender and bidding processes.
- Assist in preparing and drafting Legal Opinions on various corporate matters, including agreements, litigation, regulatory compliance, and other legal issues.
- Provide legal support and advice to business units as needed.
- Assist the HRGA Manager in handling special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure legal documentation and processes are properly maintained and aligned with applicable regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate legal work; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Good understanding of corporate legal matters, agreements, and applicable regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal drafting skills.
- Able to work and adapt effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and various business units.
- Proactive, flexible, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
