Legal Staff
PT MOJO Indonesia Raya is a business consulting company specializing in professional training and international workforce placement, particularly for opportunities in Japan. Our headquarters is based in Japan. We are currently looking for talented, dedicated, and highly motivated individuals to join our team in Bogor. What you will do:
- Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and systematically manage various corporate legal documents, contracts, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
- Permit Maintenance: Monitor, process, and maintain company licenses and operational permits to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research on relevant Indonesian laws and regulations to provide guidance and support for our business operations.
- General Support: Assist the legal team in day-to-day administrative tasks and corporate governance matters.
Qualifications we are looking for:
Bachelor of Law (S1 Ilmu Hukum).
Experience: Fresh Graduates are highly welcome to apply!
Candidates with up to 4 years of maximum experience are preferred.
Language: Japanese proficiency is highly preferred to ensure smooth collaboration with our international directors and stakeholders not a requirement.
Strong foundational knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and contract drafting.
Location: Willing to be placed in Bogor, West Java
