Requirements:
- Male, maximum age of 30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology or a related field
- Basic understanding of networking (LAN, WiFi, routers, and internet)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software
- Experienced in handling devices such as laptops, computers, and smartphones (Android/iOS)
- Familiar with OS installation and configuration (Windows, Linux, iOS)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and company email systems
- Knowledge of data backup, antivirus, cybersecurity, and user access management
- Familiar with remote support tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar applications
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (PHP/JavaScript is a plus)
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented, proactive, responsive, and possesses strong communication skills
- Willing to provide technical support outside regular working hours in urgent situations when required
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT support for all employees and operational activities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of computers, laptops, smartphones, printers, and other IT devices
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, applications, and company systems
- Set up and manage employee accounts, company emails, WhatsApp Business, and supporting operational applications
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot office network infrastructure, including LAN, WiFi, internet connections, routers, and switches
- Manage company IT assets, including inventory records, device allocation, and maintenance schedules
- Perform regular system backup and ensure data security
- Coordinate with external IT vendors, internet service providers, and software providers when necessary
- Assist in implementing IT policies, cybersecurity measures, and access control procedures
- Provide technical support for live streaming equipment, office operations, and digital business activities
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting records
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting e-commerce, live streaming, or digital business operations
- Experience managing multiple operational smartphones and employee devices
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, attendance machines, and office security systems
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and file-sharing systems
- Basic knowledge of server management and virtualization
- Understanding of information security best practices and cybersecurity awareness
