Deskripsi pekerjaan Staf Ahli Perawatan Pohon (Arborist) PT Danayasa Arthatama (SCBD)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular tree inspections and risk assessments across the landscape area.
- Monitor tree health, structural conditions, pests, diseases, and environmental risks.
- Plan and supervise tree trimming, maintenance, and risk mitigation activities.
- Manage and update tree inventory and maintenance records.
- Monitor, record, and report tree conditions and maintenance activities on a monthly basis.
- Recommend tree species, planting, and growing-site improvements for urban landscapes.
- Supervise vendors and field workers to ensure safe and proper tree care practices.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintenance recommendations for identified tree conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry, preferably Silviculture, Forest Conservation, or Forest Management (specialization in Urban Forestry), or Landscape Architecture (specialization in Tree Maintenance).
- 1–3 years of experience in landscape maintenance, tree inventory, urban forestry, or green asset management.
- Good knowledge of urban tree species, tree health, pruning, and arboricultural practices.
- Familiar with Visual Tree Assessment (VTA) and basic Tree Risk Assessment practices.
- Understanding of urban soil conditions, pest and disease identification, and tree growing-site management.
- Able to use or quickly adapt to digital tree inventory / landscape management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate vendors and field workers.
- Arboriculture, Tree Risk Assessment, or K3 certification and understanding with ANSI A300 standard is an advantage.
- Willing and physically able to work outdoors and conduct regular field inspections.
