Deskripsi pekerjaan SR SPV PROJECT MANAGER NBS (nusantara beta studio)
Responsibilities:
People Leadership
Conduct regular 1:1s focused on individual growth, blockers, and direction.
Build and maintain a personal development plan for each team member.
Lead hiring process end to end.
Resolve team conflict and interpersonal issues directly.
Establish team culture and system.
Own the onboarding process for new members.
Delivery Accountability
Own team delivery outcomes (scope, quality and timeline).
Identify and manage delivery risks before they become a blocker.
Enforces engineering standards across the team.
Maintain workload based on actual team capacity.
Technical Oversight
Evaluation of implementation SOPs and Project Management Frameworks
Decide plans and strategies for project implementation from kickoff to warranty completion
Provide direction for collaboration and communication between the team and clients runs smoothly
Provide direction to resolve a problem
Provide recommendations for the development of SOPs and Project Management Frameworks
Carry out tasks delegated by the SPV in both strategic and operational areas.
Conduct direct supervision on several projects involved
Supervise and provide direction to the team
Qualifications:
Experienced as a project manager for at least 4 years
Experienced in leading organizations in companies
Understand IT project development methods such as agile, waterfall, kanban etc
Have good and effective soft skills (leadership, communication, delegation, time management, analytical, problem solving)
Experienced in facing situations full of obstacles and uncertainty
Have a high sense of empathy towards the team and the company
Able to reduce conflict both internally and with clients
Preferred Qualification:
Fluent in english
Proven experience in managing international projects
Have a project manager training certificate
Have a leadership training certificate
