We’re now looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can own the full social media ecosystem from planning and production to engagement and performance.
Role Overview
This role is for a creator and strategist in one. You’ll lead the social media presence for both HeyRCG and select client accounts, focusing on content that drives relevance, reach, and results. You’ll work closely with brand strategists, account managers, and performance teams to align organic storytelling with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and lead monthly content calendars across IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Translate brand strategy into platform-native, scroll-stopping content
Identify opportunities for growth based on trends, platform shifts, and data
Content Creation Oversight
Lead content production from idea to post (concepting, scripting, shooting, editing oversight)
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and freelancers where needed
Ensure content stays on-brand, timely, and optimized for platform performance
Community & Channel Management
Manage engagement, DMs, comments, and audience interaction
Build community through storytelling, consistency, and tone of voice
Track performance, test new content formats, and optimize output
Brand Building & Growth
Elevate brand perception and storytelling across every post and interaction
Work with paid media team to sync organic and paid content
Bring new content ideas, formats, and partnerships to the table
Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or brand storytelling
Strong creative instincts with understanding of what performs natively on each platform
Fluent in English, both in communication and content nuance
Proven ability to plan, produce, and manage multi-channel content
Bonus: experience with D2C, lifestyle, or hospitality brands; video production skills a plus
Based in Bali or willing to relocate
