Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills & Methodologies:
Strong understanding of business process modeling and IT systems.
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Solid knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integration.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
Preferred Qualification:
Prior experience working on banking projects, specifically within Treasury or Loan domains, is highly preferred.
