WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
SR. PROJECT DIRECTOR
To lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale events and activation projects, ensuring excellent execution, profitability, and client satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end event and activation projects
Manage project timelines, budgets, and profitability
Lead project teams and key stakeholders
Oversee event production, execution, and quality control
Identify risks and provide effective solutions
Drive vendor, partner, and client negotiations
Ensure successful on-ground event delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)
5–7 years of experience in event activation, MICE, or advertising agencies
Proven experience handling events with 1,000+ participants
Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership role in projects/events
Strong budgeting and financial management skills
Experienced in team and stakeholder management
Strong problem-solving, risk management, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and networking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
Up-to-date with industry trends, preferably in sports and music
