About This Job:
Nogle was founded in 2014, we collaborate with early-stage startups and tackle new ventures, surrounding entrepreneurs with the proper support to develop new and disruptive products. As a platform, We empower competitiveness of business partners through provision of technology, business consultation, funding, shared operational and human resources, to become the leading Venture Studio in Asia.

We are looking for design talent to join our team to concept, design, and prototype elegant solutions for mobile and web products.
A successful candidate must display the capability of using user research methodology to identify user needs, sketch solutions with prototypes, refine and validate designs with data and user feedback.

Responsibilities:
1.Solving complex user experience challenges by designing valuable and meaningful product experience.
2.Identifying user needs, defining clear solutions, and deliver those through detailed design with focus on mobile experiences.
3.Involved in the entire product development process, from inspiration, ideation and creation of new product and service opportunities to implementation of the details and pixels of the design.
4.Experience collaborating with PMs and engineers in agile environment.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications,
product, industrial), or 5+ years of equivalent experience in design field.
2.Proficiency with industry standard design tools (Adobe applications and Figma).
3.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
4.Excellent portfolio of related works.
5.Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts and attention to visual details.
6.Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of digital platforms (iOS, Android & Web) in an iterative software development environment.
