Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Event/MICE industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in developing and managing proprietary (IP) events.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute creative event concepts from planning to execution.
- Lead the development and execution of proprietary (IP) events.
- Prepare and manage event budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop the event team.
- Coordinate and manage vendors, partners, and external stakeholders.
