Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading integrated creative and digital marketing holding company specializing in brand experiences, influencer marketing, digital campaigns, creative production, and strategic marketing solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies and translate campaign briefs into structured and actionable plans
- Create, schedule, and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging social media publishing.
- Identify emerging social media trends and turn them into relevant content ideas based on different brand audiences.
- Produce TikTok and Instagram content end-to-end, including ideation, shooting, editing, captions, and copywriting.
- Monitor content performance, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and marketing teams to execute social media campaigns.
- Attend external events when required to capture engaging content.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the manager to evaluate content progress and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or content marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end content production, from ideation and shooting to editing and publishing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including platform algorithms and current social media trends.
- Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Lightroom, Picsart, or Instagram Edits.
- Familiar with social media analytics and able to translate performance data into actionable content strategies.
- Strong copywriting skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Creative, confident on camera, and comfortable appearing in content when needed.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to work flexibly around content shoots and external events.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic SEO knowledge is a plus.
