Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, outreach, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients while identifying their business needs.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and drive deals from initial contact to closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Manage the sales pipeline and consistently achieve business development targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive in prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
