To support our growing client base and expand our capabilities, we are actively seeking a dedicated QA Engineer with a strong background in automation testing. The role of a QA Engineer at MSBU involves ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. As a QA Automation Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design and execute test plans, ensuring the software meets the required specifications and functions correctly. You will leverage your expertise in tools like Katalon and Cypress to automate testing processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Automating testing processes using Katalon and Cypress.
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure timely bug fixes and improvements.
- Monitoring and reporting on the quality metrics of the projects you work on.
- Providing feedback to the development team to enhance product quality.
To succeed in this role, you should possess an Associate Degree and have between 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing. Essential skills include proficiency in test plan creation, automation testing using Katalon and Cypress, and a deep understanding of quality assurance principles.
