Requirements
. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain
Management, or a related field.
. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management within a
manufacturing environment (automotive industry experience is highly preferred).
. Proven track record in a supervisory or leadership role.
. Deep understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
. Expertise in Inventory Control, stock accuracy, and cycle counting procedures.
. Strong knowledge of Logistics Management, including inbound/outbound flow and
distribution.
. Familiarity with Japanese manufacturing philosophies: 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
. Strong Leadership and people management skills to lead a team of operators and staff.
. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (root cause analysis).
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis).
. Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for reporting.
. Highly disciplined, responsible, and possesses high integrity.
. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
. Willing to be stationed in Karawang (KIM area).
