QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology / Human Resource Management / Hospitality
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with 3 years as Recruitment Supervisor / Senior SPV in 4-5 Star Hotels / Hospitality Group
3. Proven track record in mass hiring: 50-100 staff/month for Front Office, F&B Service, F&B Product, Housekeeping
4. Expert in sourcing channels: Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Campus Hiring, SMK Perhotelan, Social Media
5. Skilled in interview techniques, psychotest administration, and background checking
6. Proficient in ATS/HRIS, Microsoft Excel for recruitment dashboard & Time to Fill reports
7. Strong network with hotel schools, LPK, and hospitality communities
8. Target-oriented, aggressive, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
9. Willing to travel for campus hiring & job fair across cities
10. Placement: Corporate Office, Jakarta
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for all hotel units: From manpower request to onboarding 100+ hires/month
2. Achieve hiring KPIs: Time to Fill <30 days, Cost per Hire <500k, Offer Acceptance Rate >90%
3. Build and manage talent pipeline for critical positions: Chef, FO Manager, Sales, Engineering
4. Conduct initial screening, user interview coordination, psychotest, and reference checks
5. Manage recruitment branding: Job fair, campus visit, IG & LinkedIn hotel career content
6. Maintain recruitment database, analyze turnover reasons, and provide manpower forecast
7. Negotiate salary with candidates within hotel grade structure & service charge scheme
8. Ensure compliance with CHSE & Disnaker requirements for new hires documentation
9. Report weekly recruitment progress to HRD Manager & GM of each hotel
