Role & Responsibility
- Design and report PDP Division Timeline and PDP Division LPSM.
- Plan, manage, and execute the creation of Tour.Umrah.Hajj Quotation (ready made and custome package).
- Plan, manage, and execute the creation of tour itenerary, push selling tour packages.
- Plan, manage, and execute the design of Tour.Umrah.Hajj packages & catalogs - latest tourist destinations, entrance fee updates.
- Make analysis & comparison of competitors' products
- Make tour offers (direct selling) for consumers
- Coordination meeting for product preview & quotation verification
- Launching Tour.Uumrah.Hajj products, creating & socializing product knowledge (Tour.Umrah.Hajj)
- Updating the latest product innovations that will be made in the next 6 months
- Selection and evaluation of providers (ticket, visa, LA).
Qualification
- Bachelor degree of tourism education background
- Minimum 1-year experience in a related field
- Able to create tour quotations and attractive itineraries for Umrah and Hajj packages, also Domestic and International package
- Able to operate reservation system (Sabre and Amadeus)
- Familiar with ticketing reservation workflow (reserve, issue, reschedule, cancellation, and refund)
