SPV MCN & KOL Partnership Specialist

Job responsibilities :

1. Reserch & Build relationships : Identify potential KOLs, affiliates,and brand . Establish and maintain strog partnership trough effective communication .

2. Campign & Affiliate management : Plan , implement , and manage campaigns to boost GMV and expand reach. Monitor and optimize initiatives for maximum ROI.

3. Analytics & Optimizations : Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools. generate insights to improve future campaign.

4. MCN Growth & Team buiding : Develop Stategies to expand the MCN . Build and lead a high performing team to support operations.

5. Negotiation & Project management : Negotiate with KOLs and Brand to Decure Favorable term. oversee live stream projects, from planning to execution.

6. Ad management : Handle Advertisements for shoppe and Tiktok creators.

Job Requirements :

1. Education : Bachelor's degree in Advertising , Media , or related fields

2. Languages : Proficient in english and indonesian , Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

3. Experince : at least 2 -3 year of experience in tiktok operations or similiar roles (MCN or brand live stream experience preferred). Fresh graduates are welcome to aplly.

4. Skill : Strong creative , planinning , analytical , and communication abilities. Expertise in Tiktok and Shopee, Influencer operations, and live streaming.

5. Team leadership : Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across departements.
