Kualifikasi Supervisor Lapangan (Interior & Furniture)
Pendidikan & Pengalaman
Minimal D3/S1 Desain Interior, Arsitektur, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun sebagai Supervisor Lapangan di proyek interior, furniture custom, atau fit-out.
Keahlian Teknis
Paham detail konstruksi furniture dan interior (rak, kitchen set, panel dinding, partisi, dll.).
Bisa membaca dan memahami gambar kerja/detail shop drawing.
Mampu melakukan pengukuran akurat dan memastikan kesesuaian dengan desain.
Familiar dengan material interior seperti MDF, plywood, HPL, solid surface, kaca, dll.
Mengerti teknik pemasangan furniture built-in dan loose furniture.
Manajemen & Koordinasi
Mengawasi tim tukang, teknisi, dan vendor di lapangan.
Mampu melakukan koordinasi dengan desainer, kontraktor, dan klien.
Menyusun timeline kerja dan memastikan target proyek tercapai.
Soft Skills & Lain-lain
Problem-solving tinggi dan bisa mengambil keputusan cepat di lapangan.
Bisa bekerja di bawah tekanan dan fleksibel dengan perubahan.
Memiliki SIM A atau SIM C (nilai tambah jika bisa membawa kendaraan operasional).
Memiliki referensi pekerja tukang
