Deskripsi pekerjaan SPV Fiber Optic FTTH (Penempatan Lubuk Linggau Bengkulu) PT. SEJAHTERA MANDIRI TEKNIK KOMUNIKASI
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage field technician teams in the implementation of installation, configuration, and maintenance of FTTH networks.
- Ensure the quality of work meets company standards and technical specifications.
- Plan and organize team work schedules to achieve installation and maintenance targets.
- Coordinate with other related departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on work progress and encountered obstacles.
- Ensure compliance with work safety procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to the technician team.
- Handle technical customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Lives in Bengkulu Must be priority.
- Must be able to speak in English
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an FTTH Supervisor or similar position in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of FTTH network technology, including GPON.
- Proficient in using FTTH testing and installation tools.
- Possess good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
