Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to clients' needs and wellness goals.
- Assess clients' conditions and recommend appropriate massage techniques.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of human anatomy and physiology to ensure safe and effective treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and treatment room standards.
- Build positive relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, personal trainers, and the wellness team to provide integrated client care.
- Ensure accurate treatment records and follow established operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Female.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
- Holds a valid Massage Therapy Certification.
- Knowledge of massage techniques with a good understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Good-looking appearance with an energetic and professional personality.
- Willing to work on a shift-based schedule.
- Experience in wellness centers, spas, physiotherapy clinics, or fitness facilities is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English is a plus.
