Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site SPFX SharePoint Developer role. The SPFX SharePoint Developer designs, develops, and maintains SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFX), ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with business requirements. Daily responsibilities include creating custom web parts and extensions, integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft and enterprise systems, and optimizing existing SharePoint sites for usability and performance. The role involves collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and providing technical documentation and user support. The developer also participates in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of SharePoint environments.
Qualifications
- Strong SharePoint development skills, including SharePoint Framework (SPFX), SharePoint Designer, and custom solution building.
- Experience with SharePoint Administration, including configuration, permissions, and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of InfoPath or equivalent form technologies for creating and maintaining business forms and workflows.
- Solid Software Development background with proficiency in web technologies (such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React JS, HTML, CSS) and understanding of REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and related services (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform) is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and produce clear documentation.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in enterprise IT environments and digital transformation projects is an advantage.
