The Trainer is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training sessions to employees to improve their knowledge, skills, and performance. The role focuses on hands-on instruction, ensuring participants understand and can apply what they’ve learned in real job scenarios.
Job Description
Training Delivery
Conduct engaging in-person or virtual training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
Use a variety of training methods such as demonstrations, role-playing, and simulations.
Adjust delivery techniques to suit different learning styles and levels.
Preparation of Training Materials
Prepare session plans, slide decks, handouts, and practice materials.
Update training materials regularly to reflect changes in company policies, products, or procedures.
Monitoring & Feedback
Observe trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with team leaders, supervisors, and managers to identify on-the-job challenges and tailor training accordingly.
Support knowledge transfer initiatives and promote a continuous learning culture.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years experience as a trainer, facilitator, or in a coaching role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of the company's operations, systems, or services.
Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
