Country Trainer
Position: Country Trainer
Work Mode: Remote
Payment: $300 USD per month
Direct Reporting: National HR → Asian Head & National Sales Head
Role
Aira Infinity is looking for a confident and skilled Country Trainer to manage regular training, sales-promotion guidance, and team motivation within the assigned country.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular training for Sales Executives, Team Leaders, HRs, Publishers, Advertisers, and other team members.
- Provide localized training in the local language whenever required.
- Explain the Aira Infinity web application, dashboards, packages, tasks, earnings, referrals, and withdrawals.
- Train teams on sales promotion, customer communication, digital advertising, and social-media promotion.
- Provide basic guidance on crypto/USDT, YouTube, Instagram, and online monetization.
- Keep the sales team motivated and help improve team performance.
- Conduct basic personality development, communication, presentation, and confidence-building training where applicable.
- Support new team members through onboarding and continuous training.
- Conduct training whenever new features, products, or operational procedures are introduced.
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Previous training experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of crypto/USDT and web applications.
- Understanding of digital advertising and social-media platforms.
- Ability to train and motivate sales teams.
- Personality development / soft-skills training experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and the local language.
- Confident, energetic, professional, and comfortable conducting online training.
Compensation
$300 USD per month
We are looking for one capable Country Trainer in each target country to provide continuous localized training, sales support, and team development.
