-We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Research and Development (R&D) Specialist to join our team and contribute to the innovation and improvement of herbal products. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to combine scientific expertise with creativity to deliver high-quality products that meet both regulatory standards and consumer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new herbal products and continuously improve production processes to ensure effectiveness, safety, and quality.
- Conduct comprehensive product and market research to support R&D activities.
- Provide solutions for customer complaints and respond to emerging market trends.
- Prepare, develop, and reformulate product samples based on formulation requirements.
- Perform product quality analysis, audits, and testing in line with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
- Ensure compliance with certification and regulatory requirements from the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) and BPOM.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in herbal product R&D.
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of herbal product formulations.
- Familiarity with regulatory certification processes from the Ministry of Health / BPOM.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail in product testing and quality assurance.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Honest, responsible, and highly meticulous in carrying out tasks.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Open to applicants from outside the city.
