Spesialis IT Support

1. End-User IT Support

· Provide first-level technical support to users for desktop, laptop, printer, software, and basic network issues.

· Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.

· Assist users with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, email, printers, and other company

applications.

· Perform installation, configuration, replacement, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices.

· Support new employee onboarding, including preparation of laptops, user accounts, email accounts, and

other IT access.

2. IT Infrastructure Support

· Assist in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including:

LAN and Wi-Fi networks

Network switches and access points

Internet connectivity

Servers and storage

Printers and shared devices

CCTV and other IT-related equipment

· Perform basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues.

· Assist senior IT team members or vendors with infrastructure installation, maintenance, and upgrades.

· Monitor infrastructure availability and report abnormalities or recurring problems.

3. User Account & Access Management

· Assist with the creation, modification, and disabling of user accounts.

· Support basic Active Directory.

· Assist with user access requests.

· Ensure user access is provided according to company policies and approved requests.

4. IT Asset Management

· Maintain accurate records of IT assets such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and

accessories.

· Track IT equipment issuance, return, transfer, and disposal.

· Perform periodic IT asset verification and stock checking.

· Assist in managing IT consumables and spare equipment.

5. System Maintenance & Security

· Assist with Windows updates, antivirus monitoring, software installation, and endpoint maintenance.

· Ensure computers are properly patched and protected according to company IT standards.

· Report suspicious emails, malware, unauthorized software, or potential cybersecurity incidents.

· Assist with backup checking and basic system health monitoring where required.

6. IT Documentation

· Maintain IT documentation, including:

Hardware and software inventory

Network and equipment information

User guides

Troubleshooting procedures

7. Vendor & Operational Support

· Coordinate with external IT vendors for hardware repairs, network issues, warranty claims, and other

technical support.

· Follow up on outstanding technical issues until resolution.

· Assist with IT-related projects, system upgrades, or infrastructure deployment when required.
