As an E-Commerce Specialist at PT Cahaya Ajaib Nusantara, you will be responsible for managing and developing online sales strategies across multiple e-commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to optimize sales and strengthen brand presence.
* Manage store operations, pricing strategies, and promotional activities across e-commerce platforms.
* Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to improve conversion rates.
* Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop campaigns and maximize product visibility.
* Ensure smooth order fulfillment and deliver an excellent customer service experience.
* Stay updated on e-commerce trends and implement industry best practices.
* Collaborate with the Live Commerce team to enhance live shopping experiences.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
* Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, and affiliate marketing.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales performance tracking.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
