E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST
Job Description:
- Manage and optimize daily operations across marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, Lazada)
- Monitoring campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion; provide insights & improvements
- Collaborate with KOL, marketing, and creative teams to drive campaign success
- Analyze data and trends to maximize revenue and growth
- Ensure product listings, pricing, and stock are well-managed
- Prepare regular reports and performance evaluations
Recuirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong understanding of marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.) and campaign management
- Experienced in handling promotions, campaign execution, and performance monitoring
- Familiar with KOL/Influencer coordination is a plus
- Able to analyze sales data, traffic, and campaign performance
- Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
