*E-Commerce Specialist Responsibilities:*
*1. Marketplace Management:*
- Manage sales and marketing activities on marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Bukalapak, TikTok Shop).
- Enter product sales data.
- Upload products, update stock and prices, and optimize paid ads on e-commerce platforms.
- Handle customer chats on marketplace platforms and WhatsApp.
- Monitor reviews and follow up on customer complaints.
- Maintain the company's performance on all marketplace platforms.
- Sort products before packing and conduct quality control (as needed).
*4. Reporting and Documentation:*
- Create monthly reports containing sales data, customer complaints, and product returns.
- Document photos and videos for social media marketing purposes.
*5. Strategy and Promotions:*
- Develop store strategies on marketplace platforms to achieve sales targets.
- Manage online campaigns regularly and provide weekly reports on campaign performance.
- Coordinate company participation in marketing events (vouchers, campaigns, promotions).
- Contribute to sales processes and E-Commerce operations.
- Implement and optimize marketplace promotional features and ensure the completeness of promotion administration.
- Provide insights on trends, market developments, and popular products in the marketplace.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and graphic design teams regarding promotions and strategies to improve store statistics.
- Coordinate with the finance and packing departments for the order shipping process.
- Ability to appear in videos for live sessions (when needed).
