1. Own and execute a monthly content calendar (short-form video, carousel, story formats)
2. Develop and evolve core content pillars (demos, hacks, seasonal moments, trust, promo, UGC)
3. Craft strong hooks, concise captions, and clear calls-to-action tailored to each pillar
4. Plan, allocate budget, define targets, execute, and report results of AB testing for offsite ads platforms (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
5. Monitor core metrics (reach, saves, shares, retention curves, audience growth) and suggest clear next actions
6. Run basic content tests (e.g., first-frame variation, hook wording, caption angle) and record outcomes
7. Coordinate with trade marketing, e-commerce, and creative resources for timely campaign alignment
8. Source, secure permission for, and repurpose relevant user-generated content
9. Provide concise weekly and monthly performance summaries (what improved, what to scale, what to pause)
10. Maintain a lightweight internal reference list of performing formats and hook styles
11. Proactively flag underperforming themes and recommend a pivot or retirement
