Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist who can manage online marketplace operations and create high-quality product images through photo editing to support our online sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain online stores across marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, BliBli, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Upload, update, and optimize product listings.
- Create compelling product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve visibility and sales performance.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, promotions, and overall store performance.
- Edit and enhance product photos for marketplace listings, websites, and social media platforms.
- Design simple promotional banners and visual marketing materials.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketplace activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 year of experience as an E-Commerce Specialist.
- Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
- Proficient in photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital advertising and marketplace campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, product merchandising, and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with e-commerce ERP or inventory management systems.
