E-commerce Operations Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage the overall daily operations of the Shopee Indonesia store, including product listing, listing optimization, pricing, inventory management, campaign registration, and store maintenance.
* Develop and execute sales plans and take responsibility for key performance indicators such as GMV, orders, conversion rate, average order value, and traffic.
* Manage and optimize Shopee Ads, including keyword and product advertising, with a strong focus on CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, and advertising efficiency.
* Plan and execute Shopee promotional campaigns, including Mega Campaigns, Flash Sale, Vouchers, Bundle Deals, and other platform marketing programs.
* Analyze store and competitor performance, including traffic sources, keyword rankings, pricing, sales volume, reviews, and promotional strategies.
* Continuously optimize product titles, keywords, images, descriptions, and key selling points to improve product visibility, CTR, and conversion rate.
* Monitor order fulfillment, inventory, returns, refunds, and after-sales performance, and coordinate with customer service, warehouse, design, and content teams.
* Stay updated on Shopee Indonesia policies, platform rules, algorithms, and operational changes, and adjust store strategies accordingly.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, analyze sales, advertising, product, and campaign results, and propose actionable improvement plans.
* Support new product selection, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle management based on market trends and sales data.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on e-commerce operations experience; experience with Shopee Indonesia is strongly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Shopee Seller Centre, Shopee Ads, promotional tools, and campaign mechanisms.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and improve business performance based on data.
* Proven experience in managing Shopee advertising budgets and optimizing ROI/ROAS.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce pricing, promotion, traffic acquisition, conversion, and consumer behavior.
* Strong execution, ownership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
* Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for operational and performance analysis.
* Good understanding of the Indonesian e-commerce market, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English or Mandarin communication skills will be an advantage.
* Willing to work full-time onsite in Tangerang.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience managing Shopee Mall or Official Store accounts.
* Experience in consumer electronics, digital accessories, home appliances, or 3C products.
* Proven experience in developing top-selling SKUs or managing major Shopee campaigns.
* Experience with TikTok Shop Indonesia operations.
* Team management or project management experience.
