E-Commerce Specialist – Recruitment Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or other relevant fields
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, product ranking, and promotional tools
Experienced in handling campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis
Proficient in store operations: uploading products, optimizing listings, monitoring performance
Skilled in using data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion
Familiar with ads management in e-commerce platforms (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, Meta ads, etc.)
Able to coordinate with creative, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth store performance
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
Proactive, adaptive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Honest, responsible, and a strong team player
Previous experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus
Basic knowledge of SEO and performance marketing is an advantage
