- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang inbound call/customer service
- Kemampuan berbicara yang baik dan baku
- Dapat mengoperasikan komputer
- Dapat bekerja secepatnya
- Mampu bekerja dengan sistem Shifting
Job Description:
- Handle Customer question/complain melalui Omni channel (Chat) maupun Inbound call (voice)
- Escalated the ticket to Team Lead
