Job Description
· Spearhead and utilize business development and marketing strategies to build and expand personal client portfolio
· Maintain and grow long-term client relationships by keeping abreast of their business and hiring needs through company visits
· Design and implement various hiring strategies compatible with the market to attract potential candidates
· Utilise various online platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, Job Portals etc.) to source potential profiles
· Arrange, conduct, and review interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for job opportunities
· Be involved in salary negotiation and conduct contract offers for successful candidates
Job Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
· Those with no experience are welcome to apply
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· People-oriented and enjoy working in a team
· Possess strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people from various backgrounds
