Special Education Teacher:
- Setting up learning devices and individualized learning support for children with special needs (ABK)
- Being able to understand and continuously update the needs and development of the students
- Conducting analysis and evaluation of students’ learning outcomes and progress
- Assisting students academically, emotionally, socially, and behaviorally during classroom activities
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and related staff to support students’ development plans
- Preparing reports and documentation related to students’ progress and special support needs
- Supporting school programs and activities related to student development and inclusion
- Assisting in handling school events and student activities when needed
- Maintaining positive communication and coordination with the academic team and parents
Requirements:
- Support MSCS Vision and Mission
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field will be beneficial
- Honest, teamwork-oriented, good communication skills, open-minded, resourceful, and energetic
- Passionate about supporting children with special needs
- Willing to learn and grow in the field of Special Education
- Will be based in Surabaya
