Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales and market development of excavators and spare parts
- Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and provide professional solutions
- Possess good sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Responsible, target-oriented, and willing to travel for business if required
- Collect market information and provide feedback, assist in formulating sales strategies.
What we're looking for:
- Proficient in Chinese and Indonesian (mandatory requirement)
- Experience in excavators/construction machinery/spare parts industry is preferred
- Able to independently identify customer needs, and draft and provide solutions
- Able to identify customer needs, organize, and offer solutions
